All Sales Are Final

At DCLMN™, each item is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items:
• All products (apparel, accessories, headwear, etc.) are considered final sale due to hygiene concerns and custom print production.
• We do not accept returns based on size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.

Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
• Email us at info@decolmin.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

We will assess the issue and notify you if a replacement will be issued upon approval of your claim.
